I've decided to offer a monthly "subscription" for those who wish to help us keep our rent paid and our lessons going.
You may not need lessons yourself, but you would like to support our efforts to get more people sewing, pass on an artisan skill, and keep sewing alive in the hearts of those in our community.

I made a 5 dollar per month and a 20 dollar per month option. I can add any dollar amount that you may request, just remember, this is a monthly recurring donation, NOT a one time donation.

Thank you all for supporting as you have so far, we have taught many people the skill of sewing.

Surgery went well, I am back up and running on all cylinders. Weekends are open for lessons and alterations.

Hi everyone, this Tuesday I will be having surgery, and will be out for up to 6 weeks.
I'll post here once I'm up for more lessons/alterations.

I always forget to take pictures of my work! For instance, I hemmed two pairs of pants for an alteration.... well, maybe you can't tell from before/after pictures that 4 inches are missing from them..... but I did do 2 pairs of pants!

Had a good holiday, now on to the sewing! Alteration ready for pickup tomorrow, sewing lessons planned for the future, and we still are looking for one more studiomate if you know anyone that needs space!

Hey everybody, today is a great day. My cancer diagnosis is now officially "no cancer found" .

CANCER IS OFFICIALLY GONE!!!

I've been ramping up slowly, and weekends are starting to look like normal now! Sewing has commenced. Let me know if you want to set up lessons, or have a sewing need.

My cancer recovery continues in a positive direction. I am able to be in my studio every weekend for lessons, alterations, or comissions.
I still go by appointment, so let me know if you want a lesson or just to come visit and see the studio.
I do have a little free library of fabric and notions that needs to be organized, but is available to the public!
Here is my Pixel with his annual Christmas pickle. He comes with me to the studio on occasion!
