📣 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE BALLOON LADY... 🎈😂
Can we have a quick heart-to-heart?
Before you unleash your frustration on the person answering our phone...
💥 They're asking questions because they're trying to HELP you—not interrogate you.
🎓 Yes, some of our team members sound young...because they ARE! Many are college students. They may not have my 39 years of experience, but they're smart, hardworking, and deserve the same respect anyone else does.
📱 If we ask you to repeat your email address, event date, or phone number, it's probably because you're calling while driving through Sag Harbor, East Hampton, or another one of our famous dead zones. We'd rather ask twice than get your order wrong.
🎂 We love birthdays...but unfortunately, we aren't mind readers. If you call us the day of your loved one's birthday asking for an elaborate custom setup, we may not have every balloon, color, or specialty item sitting on the shelf waiting just for you. We promise we're not hiding them in the back. 😉
🎈 We bend over backwards for our clients. We work long days, late nights, weekends, holidays, and countless hours behind the scenes because we truly love making your celebrations unforgettable.
What we don't do is accept being yelled at, talked down to, or treated disrespectfully.
Respect goes both ways.
If you're having a rough day, we get it. Take a breath, grab a coffee, and call us back when you're ready. We'll still be here, ready to help.
And one last thing...
If you feel the need to be rude to someone on our team, just ask for the owner.
