Completed a UFO (UnFinished Object). The quilt top was put together during a retreat in May 2025 using a 3-yd quilt pattern called "Easy Street" by . I reversed the light/darks from the original pattern. I also added a flanged binding so had to add a little more fabric. The quilting is a repeated embroidered backdrop design from Kimberbell called Floral 02. I'm very pleased with the finished project. Here are some pics.

I finished the oversized queen t-shirt quilt. My muscles have been tested, but I'm so happy with the finished product -- and so was my client! I don't think I will take on another quilt of this size, but will continue doing smaller quilts.

My friend had hip surgery so I stayed with her for the first three weeks after surgery to help with her recovery. Therefore, I haven't been near my machines. I'm back home now and happy to be taking orders and stitching again.

Yay! I'm making progress on the T-shirt quilt - blocks all assembled and quilted. However, I ran short of fabric for the borders, so had to stop and order more (dang it!). I'm hoping the dye lot of the new stuff matches what I've been using. This is an over-sized Queen and is already very heavy. I think in the future, I'm going to limit myself to the smaller ones because it's difficult to maneuver the weight of the quilt during quilting (I do that with embroidery).
