The Scarlet Elastic-Waist Pants by Emery are out now!!!!
I loveeee these pants & really need to make more! Most of these pictures are from back in March when I originally tested this pattern, and the first slide is from Me Made May which is my favorite way I've styled these pants so far 😍
Info: I made these in a Size 50 Height v1 out of a microfiber Target bedsheet! The dress in the first pic is self-drafted with fabric from Joann, and the shirt in the rest of the pics is thrifted!
And did I mention the pattern is free?! This pattern was also my first time doing true flat-felled seams and it made me fall in love with them!!!! I seriously adored the instructions for these pants and cannot recommend them enough 😍

Wow, lots of info dropped in this vid and I had to cut it down from 10 minutes of footage lol. Tldr, the is getting put on pause so I can get ready for my wedding (!!!) in a month. & I'm also working on my second pattern, so there's a sneak peak of the that will eventually hopefully be amazing, for now it's a little wonky. Let's make myself a wedding dress folks!!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!
I forced my baby girls to do a photo shoot with me and Suzie refused to look at the camera in protest 😂 and and the lighting was awful but we do what we can!
All our outfits are me-made ofc! And shockingly none of them were made recently or special for today. The girls' dress patterns are traced off their harnesses with an added gathered rectangle skirt. My skirt is a double circle skirt gathered into a rectangle waistband, and my top is the Gladys Top pattern from Stitch Witch Patterns! All fabrics were from Joann, except the fabric of the top is from my local quilt store 😍
Shoutout to my RTW bike shorts for poking through in half the pictures as well lol
I was hoping to not only have a fresh made for today, but I also wanted to put out the pattern tester call today too! Unfortunately, things are taking longer than expected but I'm trying to give myself grace!!! 🌟

Fun sewing updates for y'all!! I get to go home so soon 😭💜
Hacked for the skirt I wore today, and I made Romantic Godet Dress for my mother-in-law's wedding ceremony day, and Valentine Dress for the reception!
Also keep an eye out for the testing call this week 👀

I didn't anticipate how real the minor crash-out vibes would be in this video lol, I haven't done a mic'd talking video in a week and was missing it but then I just rambled halfheartedly so who knows if it was worth it!
No, I low-key think it was, I'm a big verbal processor so even just telling myself out loud that sewing tonight would be helpful is a big move for me. I'm already feeling like it's gonna be a good healing night now. Yay!
Anywho! This is my favorite item I've made I think, the !! Also I genuinely can't believe & I have very mixed feelings about almost being over!!! But we keep on keeping on amiright!

I had so much fun testing this pattern! One thing about me is I am a Noé Patterns stan forever and always!!!
The blurple corduroy skirt is a Size 22 with no modifications, and the quilted tulip skirt is also a Size 22, but I lengthened the skirt by 3" (using the guidance in the instructions) & did visible bias binding for the hem and waistband. I am surprised that I actually prefer the original mini length of the corduroy skirt better on me!
I really really love pattern testing for Noémie. The discord group always has the best vibes, the patterns are always gorgeous ofc, and Noémie is so appreciative and clear and thoughtful! I cannot recommend the Petal Skirt enough!!!!
P.S. I obviously had to choose Ariana's lead single from her upcoming album, "Petal," that just came out for this post!!! 🌷🌷🌷 I can't believe global superstar Ariana Grande is also a fan of Noé Patterns and wanted to help promote the Petal Skirt 🥹
