Our 2nd Annual Spooky Paws Pup Parade is Saturday, October 25th!

Join us from 4:30 to 6:00PM for the cutest parade you've ever seen. Dress up your dog, and/or yourself in your best costume for a 1.7 mile walk including trick-or-TREAT stops along the way.

Don't forget to prepare your pup's best trick for a trick contest as well.

Ready to tackle a 5K with a team behind you? 👟

Spokane No Boundaries is back! Our 8-week training program kicks off October 6 and is designed to help you build confidence, get consistent with your training, and cross that finish line with a community by your side.

Choose the goal that fits you:

🏃 Run to Finish: Build toward a steady 5K
🚶🏃 Interval to Finish: Walk/run your way to the finish line

Our Spokane groups are training toward Huffin’ for the Stuffin’ on November 26. Training is open to runners working toward other races, too, and coaches can help adjust your plan to fit your goals.

📍 Kendall Yards: Tuesdays at 5:30 PM + Saturdays at 9 AM
📍 Spokane Valley: Tuesdays at 6:30 PM + Saturdays at 9 AM

💰 $70 + fees, race registration not included
📅 8-week program
