People always ask me if i get tempted to keep my sweaters. I rarely do- for me it’s the process of making and sharing them that I love. i know that to keep the magic flowing I need to let go of my darlings. This coat popped up in my memories today. i think it might be the only one i sometimes wish i kept. It was called Sassmaster. 😁
Little life update- my mama is still in the lingering twilight. She is drinking little sips of Ensure and smiling like the angel she has always been. It is impossible to know when it is safe for me to step away. She could have a few days left but maybe a few weeks. It is an agonizing limbo, but i feel pretty peaceful about it. I am just grateful for every cute smile she gives me.
I have decided to go back up to my rainbow farm for a few days to recharge and reorganize. I have a nice batch of Flouncy Coats I have been slowly sewing since December, so if all holds steady i hope to send those out into the world in the next few days…. Gotta keep the magic flowing!💙⚡️❤️
