It seems to me that one of the most popular color combinations of the 1930s was red and white. It's a classic, so I made up this blouse using cotton from my stash, and I trimmed the collar and jabot with vintage lace. And the sleeves....all the puff you can handle 😁 I used Simplicity 1240 sewing pattern dated ca. 1934. Available for sale in my Etsy shop.
