Once Upon a Child Spring Hill will officially OPEN and we are NOT being normal about it.

Here’s the deal:
☕ EARLY BIRDS — Marie & Me coffee is setting up at 7:30 AM right outside. So if you’re the type to show up in pajama pants with your hair in a claw clip and a baby on your hip, you will be CARED FOR. Bring cash. Bring a friend. Bring your standing-in-line attitude(the nice kind).

💸 FIRST 25 CUSTOMERS = $25 Gift Card. Just for showing up. Yes really. Set your alarm. Pack a snack (or just buy a latte). We won’t judge — we’ll be impressed.

🎪 GAMES ALL DAY. Prize wheel. Plinko. Scavenger hunt and more. Every kid can play. Every kid can win something.

We love what we do, and we love serving the families of Spring Hill. Our staff show up every day to help your little ones get great gear at great prices — and they deserve to be treated with kindness while they do it.

Please know: we will not tolerate our employees being berated, belittled, or verbally abused. This includes belittling a staff member simply for kindly asking that items be relaundered, as well as spreading falsehoods about how an interaction actually went. Our store is equipped with multiple cameras throughout that record both audio and video. If there is ever a question about what was said or how an interaction unfolded, we will review the footage to confirm what happened. We stand behind our team.

A friendly reminder on what we accept:
All items must be clean, freshly laundered, and free of tears or damage. If an item has any smell or odor, we’ll kindly ask that it be relaundered before we can make an offer. This isn’t personal — we simply will not put another child in items that carry an odor.

We’re sorry if this is disappointing to hear, but these standards exist for two reasons: the safety of the children who will wear these items, and our promise that every family who shops with us takes home quality, clean pieces they can feel good about.
