I had to giggle the other day when my Navy husband announced in his presentation about the military to a group of people, "And my wife's favorite of the branches is the Marines." Do I really show favoritism 😜? I do love my husband and as much as I am proud of him and of course will always support him ❤️, I guess my daddy raised me to have loyalty 😉. So I'm guessing as the saying goes, "Once a Marine always a Marine", rings true for the daughter of one too.

This picture says A LOT! 1. The obvious - I just love my Randy baseball T's! Throw on some jeans and a statement necklace and you're ready to fashionably conquer the day. 2. Rock confidence and be YOU! Believe it or not, I almost didn't post this picture. It shows too much "mommy tummy AKA muffin top" and an area that I'm extremely self conscious of. But you know what....as my 4 year old snapped the photo and was so proud of himself, I had a quick reality check. This mommy tummy has bore 3 happy and healthy kids. This tummy is part of a bigger me. It's a me that enjoys life, doesn't hold back, indulges, and works hard. I am blessed. My image is more than a photo that reveals my mommy tummy ❤️. Be YOU proudly, no matter your flaws. You have been beautifully and wonderfully made by God!

Having a brother who's a leader is awesome! And it also has its perks 😉. Not only were we given a tour of his squadron, but actually got to climb into the aircrafts. I think I looked pretty good in the pilot's seat (and rather stylin' as well in my head to toe LuLaRoe 💕).

On the agenda today for me is real life everyday stuff and just being a busy mama - oil change, reading to my daughter's class, errands, laundry, photographing beautiful clothes, cleaning, and preparing for company. I'm at stay at home mama, but that title often doesn't do justice to all that I do or people I manage. I prefer to be known as the CEO of my family that runs a successful operation day in and out all the while living my God given purpose and using my talents. And who says you can't be a busy mama doing the ordinary while dressing in style (even if it's just to clean 😉). Set your own trend and just be YOU! #

I love being organized. Almost to a fault. Give me a paper calendar or wall calendar and dry erase markers and I immediately jump in. There's something about seeing the plans I've made and what's in store for me. Easy. It's life that's not always easy though. Only God knows the plans he has for us, and we must live our life capitalizing on our gifts and serving others. Every day is a new opportunity to be better, to learn more, to serve others, to try harder, to just GROW. This is what this little side gig is with LuLaRoe is for me. It's an opportunity to plan. Not only has it pushed me out of my comfort zone, but is allowing me to grow, and most importantly to help impact other women's lives ❤️. There are no excuses. When I'm feeling successful and want to quit, I quickly remind myself to stand a little taller and be a little more brave. Every day after all is a new day and opportunity to make plans.
