The Spring Feltie Tulip from .sewist.studio is such a fun pattern. My 7 year old made 6 tulips! She did most of the sewing herself. These patterns are really helping her to learn how to sew and build her confidence. She's so proud of her work!

Who has some Play Pals coming to their homes this weekend?!?

Make a Play Pal stuffie to put in a basket or gift the pattern by putting the title page of the tutorial with a bit of stuffing and fabric into an egg for your little ones to find on their hunt.

These are also a great way for your little ones to share their love by making them and gifting them to others too!

Projectors aren’t just for movies! This little sewist ambassador is using our projector file to trace her rainbow with clouds onto her fabric!

Tracing is an important developmental skill for little ones. It helps to build their pre-writing skills and a foundation for drawing. It also strengthens little fingers with practice and develops concentration.

Our patterns, especially the embroidery ones, give a great opportunity to practice tracing in a fun and creative way!

Little fingers, sweet singing and a beautiful week of hard work at a new embroidery project for this little one! 😌

My heart is full to bursting watching Chloe love sewing more and more, and when a rainbow project came along she was SO ready for it - they’re one of her favourite things! 🧵 She picked her colours so carefully, learnt a brand new stitch and picked it up so quickly, and sewed this chain stitched rainbow over a few days - humming and singing as she went… sewing upside down on the couch… sitting like a cat in the sun and generally being the sweetest four year old sewer I know! 🥰
