We’ve had quite a few questions about our appointment policy, so we wanted to answer a few of the most common ones. 🤍

Q: Why is there a $25 Saturday reservation fee?
A: Saturdays are our most requested appointment days. The reservation fee helps us reduce no-shows and keep these limited appointments available for brides who are actively searching and ready to find their gown.

Q: Is the $25 fee refundable?
A: The reservation fee is applied toward the purchase of your wedding gown or veil.

Q: What if I’m just starting to look and want to figure out what styles I like?
A: We completely understand! We recommend scheduling your bridal appointment when you are ready, willing and able to say YES if you find your dream dress. If you’re still in the early stages of browsing, you’re welcome to visit during our weekday walk-in hours.

Q: Can I browse the racks without an appointment?
A: Absolutely! Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday–Friday, 11AM–6PM.

Q: Do weekday appointments have a reservation fee?
A: No! Weekday appointments are complimentary. The $25 reservation fee applies to Saturdays because they are our busiest and most limited appointment days.

Our goal is simple: to make sure every bride receives the time, attention and one-on-one experience she deserves—and that brides working within their wedding timeline have the opportunity to get in and find the one. 🤍
