Vintage Cowgirl Hat Collections is adding another custom designed felt in powder blue to the the Wild Cowgirl Collection.
This hat has a subtle twist of a running pony on the upturned brim opposite side of the tie side and feathers.
Barbed wire runs the length of the brim curling and wrapping around the crown and the front shotgun shell. Gold thread used on blue jeans stitching covers a small edge of the brim to blend with the tan latigo intertwined with the rope hatband.
The copper cluster of feathers gives it a perfect pop of color against the powder blue.
Underneath the brim you will now find a brand stating the hat was
Handmade By Karen Gold
Also inside the crown will be numbered as each hat is part of a custom collection.
These are created as one of a kind and no duplicate will ever be made.

Been a long work in the workshop kind of day. Trying to restock after a slow summer.
Love working on felts and so excited for the upcoming merchandise coming in as early as Monday.
Lots of exciting stuff to dress up those sombreros! New feather clips, hat pins, hatbands and so much more!

Turquoise Legacy Trail is being released this morning to our Vintage Cowgirl Hat Collections website for available purchase!
This chocolate vegan suede felt custom designed hat is a newly released design for us!!
Beaded in turquoise Picasso beads, chocolate brown and champagne seed beading 3/4 of the way around the edges of the brim. Then finished off in matching turquoise leather lacing latigo to finish off a completely unique design.
The crown has been aged across the cattlemen crease with a bit of burning and sanding.

I don’t think I’ve ever really reached the hoarder level but I don’t throw anything away that I might can revamp and reuse.
An old boutique sign repainted and re-lettered so that it makes my studio easier to locate for my clients when they are coming out to visit/shop.
