Not gone argue with anybody that places orders, gives feedback on revisions… and then leaves you hanging with no explanation as to why. Communication goes a LONG way and the fact that you are a small business owner yourself, I just expected more.

So, from here forward, full payment is required before I begin designing your order. It takes time to design or ”recreate” and the time spent doing that for someone to just leave me hanging could have definitely be spent on someone else that is actually going to follow through with their order.
