Dear Provenance Family,
We wanted to share that our shop will be closed for the next week following the passing of Michael’s mother, Mary.
Many of you may not have known Mary by name, but if you’ve visited our shop over the years, there’s a good chance you’ve held something she wrapped, labeled, or prepared with care. Mary spent many years helping behind the scenes at Provenance Soapworks as one of our beloved product wrappers, and her hands touched countless soaps, gifts, and packages that made their way into your homes.
She was deeply creative, endlessly hardworking, and full of warmth, humor, and kindness. Family was everything to her, and we are incredibly grateful for the love and support she showed our business throughout the years.
During this time, we are stepping away briefly to be with family, celebrate her life, and navigate this loss together. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness more than we can say.
We look forward to reopening soon and returning with full hearts in honor of someone who helped shape our little shop in so many quiet but meaningful ways.
