So I just made this. My opinion is that if your looking to make a tasty BLT substitute, the sandwich turns out very good. I would not go out on a limb and say that it is a bacon substitute but it was tasty in a sandwich. I also added onion, avocado and mustard (I have always done mustard not mayo...mayos gross!😜)

I went out today to this property to see this guy in person and to see what else I want to salvage. The picture does not do this piece justice for its character. I can't bring myself to pass it up. I am picking it up on Tuesday. I think I am going to remove the sink and make a more practical/versatile wood top surface (I will use the sink to make another potting station). The color is a great deep greenish/blue. This one may become part of my "personal" inventory!;-) Stay tuned for the finished product!
