Background of business
I always had a eye for fashion & I love to shop until I drop. But I would always run into the problem of not being able to find cute clothes in my size. I started to support black business owners that sold

plus size clothes.After seeing that my closet were filled with clothes & shoes from them. It inspired me to start my own boutique for Phat Girl Fashion because I knew I would be able to help turn their fashionable dreams into a reality. By helping them find clothes that would actually fit them for a reasonable price. As a child I was a tom boy & liked wearing tennis shoes & jeans with plain t-shirts, anything that was comfortable/casual.Than when my 20’s came, that’s when I got into girly clothes & heels (sophisticated). I’ve never been able walk in heels,I just brought them because they were cute. When My weight begin to Fluctuate, I came to the realization that I was considered plus size mainly because of my chest size & than became my gut. At first I wasn’t comfortable with my weight & didn’t feel comfortable wearing clothes that was revealing. I would find myself wearing darker clothes to try to hide my weight. Now you can’t tell me nothing I love the skin I am & I will put whatever it is on,I don’t care what others think of me, as long as I am comfortable in my skin that’s all that matters. I love clothes & I am here to help build my sisters up & encourage them to wear whatever it is they want.If little people can wear it so can we.
