As prom season comes to an end, I want to take a moment to address the recent conversations and experiences shared.
First, I want to sincerely apologize to any client whose experience did not meet the standard that I hold for myself and my brand. This season brought significant growth, and in an effort to keep up, I made changes to my business model that ultimately led to delays and did not reflect the level of quality I am known for.
I take full responsibility for that.
Every client who trusts Misha J’s Factory deserves excellence, consistency, and clear communication—and I am actively working to strengthen all three.
As we finish out this season, I’ve brought in additional support to ensure that all remaining orders are completed with the care and attention they deserve.
