We don’t sell refurbished vintage - we sell re-furber-ished goods. Brought a pretty large pair of the ever popular Robert Furber prints into the booth for “Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking.,.” and we’re already down to one. Despite looking high and low, these are the only two I’ve found locally in months, so get them while they’re blooming.

Also have a really sweet story about a Furber and a friend I’ll save for another post.

The pitfalls of being an antique and vintage dealer with too many similar items. You have been warned.

Also this 80s Anthony California tulip (or lotus depending who you ask) lamp is heading to booth soon for all your Hollywood regency viewing pleasure.

Need a pop of color in your gallery wall? I’ll be bringing these Belgian still-life inspired paintings to the booth for the ongoing “Florals, For Spring? Groundbreaking…” collection.

It was exciting to find these in the wild and even more so when I realized they weren’t prints. They aren’t as rare as the antique oils, being likely from the 60s-80s, but are well-executed and will be priced accordingly for vintage MCM reproductions.

Just dropped this cozy, sun-kissed 70s garden painting into the booth. With the weather in St Louis right now, you might not think you need an impressionist portal to sunnier times, but this will come in handy in a few months when we’re back to the rains/cold.

Painted by a local STL artist, in a gilt frame, and able to fit into so many styles of decor (cottage, MCM, farmhouse, French country, etc), this oil is well worth the Monet. (I’ll go away now)

Fun fact: did you know that these bookends were carnival prizes? In lieu of stuffed animals, carnivals would give away chalkware figurines as winnings, and these 50s MCM chalkware “Roses & Reading” bookends were one of the few not-a-person prizes.

No throwing darts and spinning a wheel to get these mid-century treasures - just come on by and check out this part of the “Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking…” collection that hit the booth this weekend.

Fully* stocked, Piantina is ready for the weekend, with the leftmost wall dedicated to Mother’s Day, the center a floral fantasy, and the rightmost a flamboyance of feathers. Meanwhile, the shelves have embarked on the maiden voyage of the Across the Sea collection.

Florentine, Hollywood Regency, Victorian, Art Nouveau, and MCM - we have it all right now. Take some vintage and antique wares back home to your own villa (or if you’re feeling kind, someone else’s).

*Note, the 40s William Ladd Taylor print in the giltwood frame has already sold before I could post this video. I’ll bring a new piece of art to first thing tomorrow.

Getting a Mother’s Day wall ready for this weekend and these phenomenal portraits on bisque harken back to late 1800s European ceramic portraiture, but were actually painted in the 1980s. When I first saw them, I even thought these were similar to mid-century screen prints or mass-produced vintage Limoges, but they’re all painted by who appeared to be a casual but talented painter.

Great as an accent for your cottagecore gallery wall, a hollywood regency makeup station, or as a worthy gift for the stylish mom who has everything.

These will be in the booth , and also worth mentioning, the Wine Walk is this weekend, so even more reasons to come on by!
