You have your booth set up, you are all ready to go, so you just sit back, relax and hop on your phone right? Nope! It’s time to start engage with anyone that comes in your booth. But how?
�➡️ acknowledge everyone that comes in. It can be a simple “hello” or “how it’s going?”
➡️ Ask how they are enjoying the event so far.
➡️ See them with a bag? Ask what they got. I had asked what kind of jam they purchased from my booth neighbor (strawberry jalapeño + apple butter)
➡️ Be observant. What are they looking at? If they pick it up, tell them the price.
➡️ Be passionate about your work. Don’t be afraid to share your process.��What other tips do you have to engage with others? �.

✨👻That’s a Wrap!👻🍂

Whelp, September shows are done and what a whirlwind. Shoutout to everyone who visited the 3 events I participated in… Art Outside, and Art in the Park by . Grateful to all the usual + new customers, and all the organizers who work hard to put these events together. ��

And randomly, I wish I had time to visit and say hi to all my artist + maker friends... but I barely had a chance.🤣 We really have an amazing community here in STL.
