✨ NOW HIRING: BOUTIQUE MANAGER ✨
Walker Boutique is seeking an experienced retail manager to help lead the daily operations of Walker Boutique and Little Doses Children’s Boutique in Statesboro.
**This is not an entry-level position.**
Qualified applicants must have:
• A minimum of **2 years of retail management or leadership experience**
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience using *Shopify (or a comparable POS/e-commerce platform)
• Working knowledge of inventory management, purchase orders, invoices, product receiving, and merchandise check-in
• The maturity and confidence to lead, schedule, train, coach, and hold a team accountable
• A genuine interest in fashion, merchandising, customer service, and retail growth
This person will be responsible for both the customer-facing sales floor and the operational systems behind the business. We are looking for someone who can step into the position with a solid retail foundation, take ownership, and lead well.
