Making Local deliveries with our box truck to and from our warehouses, retail stores, factory, vendor pick up and customer deliveries. Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in shipments, matching purchase orders to packing list. You also perform inventory control, as well as pulling product for our stores and factory. In some cases, a forklift to perform these job duties
· Must have CDL license and good driving record

The most important duties of a Pick Packer are preparing products for shipment, loading goods, making sure products are in good condition, maintaining inventories, counting quantities, and reporting to supervisors.

Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in shipments, matching purchase orders to sales orders. Once an order has been filled, you're responsible for monitoring shipments to make sure that outgoing packages are packed correctly and accurately. You may then need to, schedule pick-ups, Some positions require you to complete all of these tasks quickly enough to meet a company's production quotas. You may have to use, postage machines, scales, and, in some cases, a forklift to perform these job duties
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped.

• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.

• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.

• Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory

• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
