I know that I have a lot of you who aren’t in my private group on here so Please initial once reviewing these new policies and announcements as of 7/3/24. If you have already initialed you don’t have to here 🩷

Pickup:
Once you are made aware of an item ready for pickup, it is your responsibility to pickup that item in a timely manner. Items are being left in the pickup bin for months/years and I will no longer be letting it get this bad. Unfortunately I cannot control if your order is not there when you come to pick up once it has been a length of time since your order was ready. Please ensure you are picking up your items in this timely manner to ensure your correct items are in the bin. You have 7 days from time of order being ready to reach out to let me know of any issues! After 7 days, I will no longer be able to help with your order.

I do not have the space in my bin to keep orders that long. If there are any issues with you picking up please reach out to me!

Turn Around Time:
TAT is sometimes 2 weeks based on number of orders I currently have, With a Infant it is hard to be able to work in my office daily. I usually have 99% of orders done in a week to a week and a half.
If you need something done by a specific date, PLEASE verify with me and let me know.

Returns and Exchanges:
I do NOT offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on my end. Once an order is paid for, the product will be made. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct shipping address attached with payment if you are needing an order shipped.
