Banana Pudding Cups Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 box French Vanilla pudding mix
Half box Banana Cream pudding mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container Cool Whip (8 oz), thawed
Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies (or vanilla wafers)
Vanilla wafers for layering and garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Add Pudding Mixes:
Add the French Vanilla pudding mix and half of the Banana Cream pudding mix to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
3. Incorporate Sweetened Condensed Milk:
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
4. Fold in Cool Whip:
Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy. Ensure a uniform consistency.
5. Assemble Banana Pudding Cups:
Begin assembling the banana pudding cups by layering the bottom of each cup with vanilla wafers or Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies.
6. Add Cream Cheese Mixture:
Spoon a layer of the cream cheese and pudding mixture over the cookies.
7. Repeat Layers:
Repeat the layering process, creating alternating layers of cookies and the cream cheese mixture until you reach the top of each cup.
8. Garnish:
Garnish the top layer with additional vanilla wafers or Chessmen cookies for a decorative touch.
9. Chill:
Place the assembled banana pudding cups in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2-3 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
10. Serve: – Serve the banana pudding cups chilled. Enjoy the creamy and delightful flavors!

For added banana flavor, consider using banana extract or flavoring in the cream cheese mixture.
