Most items are MADE TO ORDER so turnaround time is anywhere from 3-14 business day unless otherwise noted. Kaliah Designs is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages, once it leaves our store it is asked that you follow up with your local post office if item is not delivered to you. We suggest that you request insurance to protect your purchases and should be noted from customer to seller.

Additional fees are to be paid by customer. Please note that all monitors are not calibrated the same way, so some items maybe a little darker and or lighter than they appear in photos. We do not offer refunds as most of our items are one of a kind! Some items may apply. I ask that you please provide tracking information back to me when you send items back to me (if they are accepted for return) because I can't verify to you that I received them back without any tracking information. Refunds or exchanges are given when product is received to me within 5 days of delivery to you. I only refund for the product's them self and not for any shipping charges. If item is damaged upon arrival, it should be noted that day of arrival with photo proof.
