Today's team meeting speech: Listen, We've put straw in your barns... STAY THERE. I do not want a frozen donkey because you decided you were too good to bunk with the cows. No one's calves need to make an early entrance... you in there... STAY THERE! You need to bake for at least another month, preferably TWO. Chickens and Ducks... I know the snow is fun but if you miss the door, I may or may not see you and get you back inside your climate controlled enclosure! And stop dropping eggs outside! Now, feeders are full. You've got treats and full waterers. Let's all survive this storm and be happy! (My teammates didn't have much to say. mooo. quack. heeee haaaw.)

Excited to attend Cattleman's Congress today and watch the British Whites show. We are currently building our British White herd, with three new females arriving this month and three more babies in the next few months! IMPORTANT NOTICE: due to some extreme predation - we will not have eggs until next spring. We are down to ONE hen that is laying right now. We have a limited supply of honey for this season, so if you are a fan, I'd recommend stopping by sooner rather than later! We will be building an enclosed run soon and will be restocking hens this fall in hopes of spring layers.
