Hi Family and Friends here are my tips to help protect you from “The Corona Virus 🦠”

Purchase some “Airborne and Emergency or Vit C” and take both daily. Dilute an Airborne and Emergency in about 4 oz of water and give a syringe full to your young kids every morning. Also wash your hands and the kids hands and their face, after school and especially after going out of the house especially to grocery store etc. Avoid touching door k***s and hand rails, cover with a grocery store type of plastic bag in your hand, or wear rubber gloves when out in public. Purchase a bottle of saline (saline mist for Kids), for each of you and spray nostrils at least twice daily, also if flying spray nostrils and throat, immediately after you land, and wash your hands. Wear mask and rubber gloves if traveling on any public transportation.
