I am sorry but I am really not sorry for my existence and for shining my light bright…

In this world there will be plenty of people who will try to dim your light… Make you feel like you should:
- Fit into their norms and boxes of expectation
- Be limited by their own thoughts of what’s possible for you
- Forced to succumb your own confidence because of someone else’s insecurities

Women more than anyone else are prone to apologising for our existence, for speaking up, for taking up the space…

It is time to stop apologising and become unapologetic about your existence!!! Because the world needs the best, most expressive, confident and epic version of you!!!

It is easier said than done, so make a conscious effort to stop apologising and reframe your narrative to more empowered and confident you!

P.s. We have actually set up a ‘Sorry Jar’ for every unnecessary SORRY that is used in our community and events, if you apologise you can donate $5 to charity…. You will be surprised how quickly you stop saying that word!!!
