I didn’t think to take a before picture. This is my daughters company shirt. New Job and they only had mens extra large to give her for a trip to Hawaii. It was ginormous! I recut the sleeves and shoulders and took it in as much as I could without the pocket and embroidered logo ending up in the side seam. I took two inches off the sleeve length and 4 1/2” off the bottom. Not a bad fit now.
