We take great pride in being part of your most memorable moments and are committed to serving your needs while our stores remain temporarily closed during this health crisis.

Shop and rent online 24/7

Our websites are fully operational and we’re shipping online orders from our distributions centers after having instituted social distancing and sanitation protocols that meet or exceed those recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Future rental orders can still be placed and managed online. We are ready to serve you as you prepare for future event dates. Please visit our rental pages on menswearhouse.com, to start your rental order.

Existing Rental and Custom Orders

Existing rental and custom orders will NOT be available for pick up in-store. We will continue to work with you to move reservation dates should your event be postponed or process a credit or refund if an event is cancelled. Processing credits or refunds may be delayed due to systems and staffing constraints while stores remain closed.

If you currently have a rental garment from one of our stores, please hold on to it. We’ll provide return instructions when our stores reopen.
