Submit no more than 2 current snapshots* of your child along with a note describing their interests & personality. (If a baby or toddler note their "first milestones"; sits, crawls, walks, etc.) Include the child’s name, height, weight, eye/hair colors, date of birth, parent’s name, a contact number and your current area of residence (City/State).

Professional photos are not necessary or required. However, If your child has a headshot & resume please submit that in lieu of snapshots and a detailed note. If we do not already represent a client similar to your child, we will contact you for further information and/or to set up an appointment. Please visit our website for further information.
