We are childhood best friends and neighbors who have always dreamed of owning a business together. Each of us started businesses of our own before having our babies. Once those sweet peas arrived, we became obsessed with d

ressing them! After spending hours and hours online researching clothes and designing some of our own, we discovered the need to provide a way to touch and feel these brands. We will bring you the best of the best in children’s clothing brands such as James & Lottie, Little English, Grace & James and many more! At Sercy Lane, we believe in dressing your babies like babies for as long as possible! Buy the bubble, the bloomer sets, and the bows while you can, before you know it they will be grown. Sercy is a French word meaning an unexpected gift. Growing up together and now raising our babies together is a gift we are eternally grateful for and are so blessed to have been given. The girls on the swings in the logo represent the two of us playing together under the oak trees in our yards as children. There is also a small dove in the tree representing The Lord's provision over us and our sweet babies.

The “last day” has been pretty surreal. It’s been an amazing 5 and a half years, and today, my store fronts come to a close… I have confidence and peace about it. In the coming week (or weeks) we will reopen for a very short liquidation sale, but for now, I am going to enjoy a much needed break with my family.

Between owning multiple businesses, being very active in our community in different capacities, and most importantly - being a wife & mom to four incredible children, I am also spread thin, overwhelmed, and it’s humbling and vulnerable to share that. But, I share because I know I am not alone, my overwhelm is not an exclusive experience. Making this decision has shown me: it’s okay if others don’t understand your process, stress, or what you consider success… it’s okay if you’re not a baddy boss babe… it’s okay to step back for the good of yourself and your family/the ones you love, even if it goes against the norm.
