I would like to get on here and publicly say, in the state of West Virginia it’s is up to the employers discretion on if a employees child is allowed to be in a work place even if it is 21+.
I would like to make it known it takes a village to have help with your children and some of my employees don’t have that village or help in their day to day lives. If you are a parent you should be able to understand the hardships within childcare and maintaining a job.
Some people have many to help them out, others have none and have to make ends meet.
I do allow my employees to bring their kids to work whether it’s due to a babysitter calling off, not having extra help, or whatever the case may be.
If you don’t agree with that you simply do not have to shop with us! I’m not forcing anything on anyone but I will not allow someone to disrespect my employees with children when they are doing what they can to make things work.
