Alright y’all. It’s that time.
Time to smile like our whole lives didn’t just change in the blink of an eye. Time to hold it down at home, be the strong one, be the soft place to land for our kids, and somehow not spiral while worrying about our spouses.
Because sometimes it’s not even their safety we’re worried about.
It might be their mental health. Their exhaustion. The weight they carry that they don’t always say out loud. Wondering if they’re sleeping. Wondering if they’re okay. Wondering how much longer they can keep running on fumes and calling it “fine.”
Single parent mode: activated.
Anxiety: simmering.
Strength: unmatched.
We didn’t choose the easy life — but we sure as hell show up for it. 🤍🇺🇸
