Owned & Operate By: Three generations of women: Baileigh, her mother Tisha, and her grandmother Joyce.

Baileigh has spent her entire career in Sumter, where she now runs both the boutique and her esthetics business, Baileigh Layne Esthetics, LLC.

Tilly & Mae offers salon services through their talented stylists Melissa, Angel, and Jenna. Baileigh also provides professional bridal and special occasion makeup, brow services, and customized facials.

The boutique is named after Baileigh’s beloved Boykin Spaniels, “Tilly” Jean and Charleston “Mae”. Inside, you’ll find women’s clothing (sizes S–3XL), shoes, accessories, and even a section just for pups — including Boykin-themed merch!
