After moving to the U.S., I realized I’m actually very sensitive to the cold.
來到美國之後，我才發現自己其實很怕冷。

Taiwan is known for its damp and chilly winters. Growing up there, I thought I was already used to it.
台灣的冬天本來就濕冷，在那樣的環境長大，我一直以為自己早就習慣了。

But when I experienced different climates, I realized that damp cold feels very different from dry cold — it lingers and settles deep into the body.
