🙌 PLEASE READ - IM BACK!!🙌

Its been refreshing and much needed stepping away from social media for the most part these last couple months. But as nice as it’s been, I have realized how much I miss my Zyia community!! The encouragement, the inspiration, the friendships and fun conversations with you all has been missed! I have decided I just can’t bring myself to walk away from all of that , I need this community in my life. So I’m back!

I know I have been all over the place when it comes to businesses I’ve been a part of. But stepping away from it all for a while helped me realize my heart and motivation is with Zyia and I can’t wait to reconnect with those of you that are still interested in being a part of this community. ❤️

🖐 weeks postpartum and looking forward to getting back into a full workout routine again! I should get cleared by my Dr next week, until then it’s walking and modified workouts for me! What does your current workout routine look like?
