7. Studs are allowed on the NON drive tires only (on front wheel drive cars, studs are allowed on the rear tires only, and on rear wheel drive, studs are allowed on the front tires only)

REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have bright red or amber lights VISIBLE from the rear, outside of the car, that stay ON AT ALL TIMES
2. BIODEGRADABLE ANTIFREEZE ONLY
3. Sleds must be placed under the car in the pits at all times when parked
4. Vehicles must have working brakes
5. Vehicles must have usable seat belts WITH shoulder straps for BOTH driver and and 1 co-pilot
6. Fire Extinguisher (fully charged)
7. Front doors must have a lock or latch to prevent them from opening (rear doors can be welded). Also must have external door bars
8. All unnecessary parts must be removed from the car (head lights, tail lights, trim, molding, etc.)
9. Front and rear bumpers are REQUIRED. Made of steel strong enough to pull or push the car. Fiberglass and plastic bumpers must be removed or modified with steel
10. All bumpers must have rounded corners
11. Rub bars are not to exceed 4 inches past the body line (side of car/truck)
12. Front and rear bumpers should be close to stock height
13. All vehicles must have a paint job of 75% dark or bright colors (no white, silver, light tan, etc.)
14. Car numbers must be a contrasting color and in a large, bold font. Also a number on the front of the car for staging
15. ALL lead wheel weights must be removed
16. Any and all weight added to the vehicle must be secured down in some manner. NO weight can be added to the outside of the car, such as (roof, hood, trunk lid, bumpers, etc.)
17. Fuel cells suggested. Bolted down with straps in the trunk area and sealed off from the drivers compartment. However, gas tanks under the car and fuel cells in the back seat may be accepted with approval. Gas tanks positioned in front of the rear axle in stock position are accepted
18. All cars must have windshields. (cracks will be accepted - shattered glass will NOT)
19. Both front doors are required to have glass or window nets
20. ALL CARS are required to pass inspection! DRIVER, CO-PILOT, & PIT CREW RULES
1. Driver and co-pilot must wear helmets and seat belts
2. Only 1 co-pilot allowed in car during a race
3. Drivers, co-pilots, and pit crew are responsible for keeping the track and pit area clean of debris (car parts, fluids, garbage, beverage containers, etc.)
4. All racing is done once you cross the checkered flag. Drivers must slow to a reasonable pace
5. Absolutely NO speeding in the pit area (subject to penalties)
6. Driver and co-pilot are required to be present at all pit meetings
7. Drivers and co-pilots must remain in the vehicle at all times. If a car stalls or gets stuck in a snowbank, driver and co-pilot must remain in the car until racing has stopped. Keep all your body parts inside the vehicle at ALL TIMES (head, arms, elbows, etc.)
8. No intentional ramming of another car. It is UNACCEPTABLE and will not be tolerated
9. There is a 2 spin rule (cause two yellows, you're out for the current race)
10. 16 to 18 years of age, may drive, may have a passenger. Must have a parent/legal guardian on premise in the pit area
11. 12 to 16 years of age, may drive, but parent/legal guardian MUST be passenger. May ride, but the parent/legal guardian MUST be the driver
12. During a red flag stoppage of the race you must completely stop on track. (if you need to go into the pits proceed to safely)
13. During a feature if there is a yellow flag you may go into the pits for repair but must be back out before the race starts
14. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS allowed in pits
15. All grievances are to be brought to the association board
16. ABSOLUTELY NO arguing/fighting
17. The board will make all final decisions regarding point deductions and penalties on drivers
RACE DAY INFO
1. Registration and draw time @ 10:30 - 11:30 am
2. Drivers meeting @11:45 am
3. Racing starts @ 12:00 pm
4. Entry fee: $25.00 driver/car draw fee per day, $5.00 pit entrance/passenger fee per day
5. FREE general spectator entrance & parking
6. $25.00 association membership fee (Is a yearly fee that will give you the right to bring forth issues/concerns & vote
7. All driver entries must be paid prior to the drivers meeting
8. The heats will be 8 laps. Maximum time limit for the heats will be 15 minutes
9. The feature will be 15 laps
10. There will be both heat and feature points
11. There will be an extra 10 points awarded for a clean sweep. (Winning all your heat races and feature)
12. ALL points earned will go to the car
