This farmer and I are setting off on a little summer adventure tomorrow! First to Philly to see the youngest (who starts year 2 at Temple Law School next month) and then to NYC to see the oldest and his husband. Then… we head west for the 127 Yard Sale - The World's Longest Yard Sale.

No doubts about what the farmer will be looking for. I will be searching for amazing vintage treasures for Lady Ann's Vintage Market and a few items I’ve had on my wish list.

Follow along as I share what’s happening each day. (The youngest has requested that I make dressing to put in his freezer while I’m there. The oldest heard about it and asked for me to double the recipe!)

😎 Summer is taking its final bow at Lady Ann’s. 🌞

We’re so ready for Fall — the autumn colors, the weather, and all the things… 🏈 🍁🦃 🧡! If you’re a regular shopper, you’ll notice some recent changes at Lady Ann's Vintage Market as we prepare to celebrate the new season: New display fixtures, new colors, better lighting & more organization. The new V's Shabby Chic Boutique at Sweet Pickins in Alabama is revealed! Isn't it beautiful?! Way to go, Vicki Ricke!

It's hard for me to pick a favorite part of this boutique -- it's all so lovely. She has a Pillow Bar, a Gift Bar, and a fantastic "Dinner is Done" soup and appetizer bar and the best hand towels, fun signs, artwork, and garden and home decor galore. And the furniture. So many affordable pieces! Vicki does an incredible job curating so many beautiful pieces you will love shopping here.
