I hold a degree in Family & Consumer Sciences (Home Economics) and taught in the Syracuse City Schools. It’s not Joann but I got the black tulle I needed. . Michael’s on Erie Blvd. It was cut in the framing workroom on a 36” cutting mat. Wonder how they would deal with 15 yds of fabric.
