Twisting Operator Job Description:
The twisting operators produce high quality twisted yarn for our customers. The operators are responsible for multiple twisting machines at the same time, while ensuring efficient production meeting the quality standards. The day to day operations include, but are not limited to; setting up job changes according to the paperwork, cleaning the machines as necessary, changing travelers and oiling rings as needed, keeping the machine filled with raw material and spliced, and inspecting all material going into as well as coming off of the machine.
Required:
- Desire to learn as well as contribute new ideas
- Ability to stand for the length of your shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs continuously
- Capable of reading and understanding operating paperwork
- Work well in a small team environment
- Adherence to safety regulations (e.g. constant use of personal protective equipment)
- Understanding of production procedures
- Keep records of products
- Report to supervisor(s) regularly, keeping them updated on production activities and progress.
Winding Operator Job Description:
The Winding operators produce high quality random and precision wound yarn for our customers. The operators are responsible for multiple Dietze & Schell and SSM machines at the same time, while ensuring efficient production meeting the quality standards. The day to day operations include, but are not limited to; setting up job changes according to the paperwork with the supervisors help if needed, cleaning the machines as necessary, keeping track of package weights and package counts, and inspecting all material going into as well as coming off of the machine.

- Ability to lift up to 20lbs continuously
- Capable of reading and understanding operating paperwork
