Step One: Getting to Know You

We learn about your physical history, current activities, and personal goals to help us best meet your needs. Step Two: Measurements

We use a Brannock device to measure your bare feet in both a weighted and un-weighted position. Step Three: Gait Analysis

Using cameras and gait analysis software, we assess how your feet move while in action (walking or running). We

compile this information and offer you several different shoes to try on. The goal is to find the most comfortable FIT possible. The hardest part is deciding which pair you like the best.

Join us for the Fleet Feet Track Meet at Silas High School on July 1 as we wrap up our Summer Run Camp with an evening of fun, friendly competition. Raise money for the special olympics, win gift cards to local businesses, and challenge yourself with something new!

Tacoma runners, don’t wait too long to sign up for Summer Run Camp 👀🔥

The first session was a blast, and whether you’re training for a fall race or just want to feel stronger and more confident in your running, this is such a fun way to do it!

You do not need to be “fast” to come out. Seriously. These workouts are designed for all paces, and the best part is showing up, putting in the work together and cheering each other on along the way.

Ready to spend your summer at the track? 🏃‍♀️🔥

Join us this June for our Summer Run Camp, a four-week group training program designed to help you build confidence, get stronger and have some fun with your running along the way. First session is TONIGHT, but it's not too late to join!

Whether you’re brand new to track workouts, looking to mix things up this summer or starting to build toward a fall race, this series is for you. Every session includes a dynamic warm-up, interval workout and cool-down stretch, with coaches there to guide you the whole way.
