❗️CHARACTER RENTAL POLICY UPDATE❗️

🔥 Excessive Heat Policy 🔥

For all birthday character rentals, if the event is held outdoors and temperatures exceed 80 degrees, we will limit the appearance to 20 minutes. We appreciate your understanding that this is a necessary safety precaution for our employees, as high temperatures pose a risk to their well-being.
