There’s something special about a simple recipe made with good local ingredients and shared around the table. This Bradley’s Sausage & Pimento Cheese Frittata has quickly become one of our favorite summer brunch dishes, hearty, flavorful, and easy enough for a slow weekend morning or casual supper with friends.

We baked ours in our beloved Smithey Cast Iron No. 10, which gives the frittata the most beautiful golden edges and helps it cook evenly from stovetop to oven. It’s one of those pans you’ll reach for again and again.

This recipe is featured in the June issue of NE Tallahassee Living Magazine, and we’re so excited to share a little taste of summer with you.

Our clean ingredient seasonings and dip mixes are officially restocked, and if you know, you know. From easy weeknight dinners to last-minute hosting, these little packets have saved supper around many tables.

No fillers, no artificial ingredients, just really good flavor and simple recipes that actually work. Every mix comes with recipe ideas on the back, and honestly, our customers and staff have favorites they come back for again and again.
