We have too many believers approaching God as beggars when God is calling them to operate as sons.

A beggar approaches from a position of desperation, hoping someone will give him something.

A son approaches his father knowing who he is, knowing where he belongs, and knowing that he has access to his father.

That doesn’t mean a son becomes entitled. It means he understands the relationship.

There’s a difference between asking God for provision and living as though you have no identity beyond what God can give you.

Too many believers spend their lives begging God for what He’s already told them to trust Him for. They ask for provision while doubting His character. They ask for direction while refusing to obey what He’s already revealed. They ask for strength while continuing to feed the habits that weaken them.

At some point, the issue isn’t that God hasn’t spoken.

The issue is that we haven’t learned how to live as sons.

Sonship requires maturity. It requires responsibility. It requires trust, obedience, discipline, and a willingness to grow.

I don’t want to spend my life standing outside the house begging for crumbs when my Father has called me into relationship with Him.

I want to know who I am, whose I am, and how I’m supposed to conduct myself as a son.

GUERRILLA-MINDED: STOP FIGHTING IMAGINARY BATTLES

There’s a certain kind of freedom that comes when you stop trying to manage everyone else’s perception of you.
You realize how much energy you’ve been wasting wondering:
What do they think of me?
Do they approve?
Did I say the wrong thing?
What if they don’t understand?
What will they say?
But here’s the uncomfortable truth:
You don’t actually know what most people are thinking about you.
You’re often fighting battles inside your own head against opinions that may not even exist.
That’s not freedom. That’s mental captivity.
The Guerrilla-Minded man learns to distinguish between accountability and approval.
Accountability asks:
“Am I doing what is right?”
Approval asks:
“Do they like what I’m doing?”
Those are two very different questions.
You don’t need everyone’s approval to live with integrity.
You don’t need everyone to understand your convictions.
You don’t need to explain every decision.
And you certainly don’t need to shrink yourself because someone might have an opinion.
Seek truth.
Honor God.
Know your purpose.
Do the work.
Accept the consequences.
Keep moving.
Let people misunderstand you.
Let them disagree.
Let them talk.
Your responsibility isn’t to control their perception of you.
Your responsibility is to control the man you become.

People have to realize that their greatest enemy isn’t always Satan.

Sometimes, it’s ignorance.

Because ignorance leaves you vulnerable to deception. It keeps you repeating the same mistakes, accepting lies as truth, and fighting battles you don’t even understand.

Satan doesn’t always have to destroy you directly. Sometimes all he needs is for you to remain uninformed, undisciplined, and unwilling to seek truth.

Hosea 4:6 says, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”

Not every battle is spiritual warfare.

Some battles are the consequences of what you don’t know.

Seek truth. Seek wisdom. Seek God.

Because ignorance can be an enemy you never recognize until the damage is already done.
