☀️ Florida Sunshine Is Beautiful - But Don’t Lose Sight of Your Eye Health!

Living in Florida means plenty of sunshine - and plenty of exposure to UV rays, which can contribute to the development of cataracts over time.

Cataracts are extremely common as we age, causing the eye’s natural lens to become cloudy. Because they often develop gradually, you may not realize how much your vision has changed. Signs can include:

• Blurry or cloudy vision
• Increased glare or halos around lights
• Difficulty driving at night
• Colors appearing faded or dull
• Needing brighter light to read
• Frequent changes in your glasses prescription

The good news? Cataracts are treatable, and a comprehensive eye exam can determine whether cataracts are affecting your vision - even before they begin interfering significantly with your daily life.

And while you’re enjoying that Florida sunshine, remember to wear quality sunglasses with UV protection to help protect your eyes. 😎☀️

Clear vision helps you enjoy all the beautiful things Florida has to offer! 🌴☀️👁️
