It's time to get started on marking off things on your Christmas "to do" list! Don't wait because we will run out of time!
Scenarios & things you can make from clothing:
High School Graduation — T-shirt quilt from sports, clubs, theater, band, school events and favorite tees.
College Dorm Quilt — their high-school memories go with them to college as a dorm-size quilt.
College Graduation — college tees, sorority/fraternity shirts, campus events and sports shirts made into a quilt.
Athlete Memory Quilt — jerseys, team shirts, race shirts, uniforms and championship shirts.
Military Keepsakes — uniforms and shirts made into quilts, pillows, bears, stockings or ornaments.
Loved One Who Has Passed — shirts, pajamas, dresses, ties or other meaningful clothing transformed into quilts, bears, pillows, stockings and ornaments.
Grandpa/Grandma Keepsakes — flannel shirts, work shirts, dresses, aprons or favorite clothing divided among children and grandchildren.
Baby Clothes Quilt — favorite sleepers, onesies and outfits saved from those first years.
Children's Growing-Up Quilt — clothing from babyhood through graduation collected into one heirloom.

And there is another category I think could be really good for Sandra's Sewing Room:

For example, Grandpa's favorite flannel shirt could become 6 ornaments, 3 memory hearts, a small pillow and a bear so several children and grandchildren each receive something made from the same shirt. That could be a beautiful Christmas campaign all by itself.
