Another local women’s open mat in the books. I truly love being able to make it to these and meet the local women’s BJJ community. Always a good time - lots of fun rolls. Thank you South Tampa Jiu-Jitsu MMA for hosting!

We had a sparring camp at Iksu last weekend and got in some good training. It was also fun to see old and new faces on the mat. Eli seem to have a good time when she locked in the William's Guard and turned it into a omplata. If you cant get one thing there are always two more options. 👌

Again a subchain from William's Guard. Neilknot to Gogoplata and from there you can go to the Omoplata too.

At just 10 years old, has already spent five years on the mats and competed an incredible 34 times. She trains relentlessly, loves connecting with other girls in the sport, and takes pride in being a positive role model for those around her. While her accomplishments in competition are impressive, what stood out most was her character. Keelee uses jiu jitsu to build resilience, confidence, and leadership, and she’s always looking for ways to support and encourage others in the community. As part of a single-parent support system, this grant will help make upcoming competitions and travel opportunities more accessible, allowing her to continue chasing big goals while representing the sport with a huge heart. 💜

I’m so excited to support Keelee and see what she accomplishes next. 🥋✨

We had a blast at the camp this weekend with all of our friends. We made a ton of new ones too while learning some great jiujitsu from some legends and THE legend himself
