Our mission is simple: equip tactical women with science-backed and data-driven designs.

Partnering with gives us here at KADRI a global reach and the manufacturing speed to properly kit women of the world.

Uniforms, plate carriers, and combat belts are in their final prep stage for production. Gloves, bras and cold weather systems are next in line.

Last month, I had the honor of hosting Senator Catherine Cortez Masto and her team at Buckaroos Hitching Post & Coffeehouse here in Wells, Nevada.

We spoke about something long overdue: that women in uniform—military, law enforcement, first responders—deserve gear designed for them, tested for their bodies, and built to protect their missions.

Her follow-up letter says it best:

“It’s outrageous that female operators are resigned to using gear that isn’t tested on or optimized for women.”

That one sentence holds years of frustration, countless injuries, and a truth we’ve been shouting into the void: readiness is not one-size-fits-all.

Thank you, Senator, for seeing us—and for your commitment to ensuring our female warfighters are equipped, empowered, and mission-ready.

🚀 Big news from Northeastern Nevada!
This week, Katheryn Basso, CEO of KADRI Clothing, pitched the Female Operational Readiness & Gear Engineering (FORGE) Center to Senator Catherine Cortez Masto.

The vision? A national hub right here in our region—dedicated to the research, design, testing, and manufacturing of tactical gear and apparel built specifically for female warfighters and first responders.

The response? 🔥 Tremendous!

Proud to announce KADRI won the 2025 Nevada Rural Small Business of the Year Award!

Everyone thinks of rural Nevada as cowboy country; a land of cattle and sheep ranches dispersed among a few gold mines. But it's so much more. This is a gorgeous place to raise a family, retire in peace, or start a business. Rural Nevada gives us the opportunity we need to test every piece of clothing and gear we stand behind--whether it's through the thick safe brush, along the dusty roads, or in waist-high snow. This is not Vegas or Reno, so connecting with Dijana, Sandra, Tina and others with SBA provides us the support we need to keep up the fight.

It was wonderful to meet ***kkathrin at SHOT.

We are constantly advocating for the tactical industry to provide more options for women (or any); to carry female-fit and female-specific. To help us in the "see it-be it" drive for the younger generation. Whether encouraging women to participate in shooting sports, empowering them to prioritize their own protection, or inspiring them to serve as a first responder or military, industry leaders need to do better. With thoughtful CEOs like Kathrin G***k, hopefully we will see faster change.
