Hello wonderful patrons!

Continuing on our track to keep everyone updated and improve transparency, we wanted to announce we are temporarily closing comissions for complicated projects to give us time to focus on the back log and catch up!

This will not be all projects, as we can make simple (very little or no applique projects) in conjunction with the bigger projects(we have a separate team that handles the off the rack items and the simple things)

Not sure if your project is considered simple ? reach out and we will help you figure it out! If it is complex we can put you in contact with one of the many other talented garbers we are familiar with that should be able to take your order !

I will be posting again when we are caught up enough to open the complex que again.

Hello everyone.

Wanted to update everyone on our situation here at Cassius Apparel.

We are unfortunately behind on many orders and we have been horrible with communication in that regard. We appreciate the incredible patienece everyone has shown and continues to show as we continue to get older orders sorted out and try to get newer orders processed in as timely a manner as well. We recognize the frustration this has caused for many of you.

We want to appologize as the shortcoming in communication and completion dates is completely our responsibility. We resolve to continue updates here in general as well as replying as immediately as possible to messages to myself ( Joshua Boyle ) or to the page (direct messages seem better in general , as the pages app tends to not deliver messages immediately) .

We understand everyone's frustrations with our issues we intend to rectify the situation as quickly as possible and do our utmost to prevent new issues going forward . We will be reaching out to older orders in the next few days to make sure we've updated everyone as much as possible , feel free to reach out to us also ahead of time.

In short, thank you all for your time and support. We appologize for inconvenience and inconsistent delivery time frames. We will be in contact soon if we are not already. Thank you.

Hello wonderful patrons and followers!

I realized it has been a while since our last update or even progress pictures.

It's been a busy few years here with ups and downs.

We've been working hard to get all of our back orders and new orders alike finished along with event stock , training new folks, and dealing with minor crisis. it's been difficult to stay on top of things. But there is light at the end of the tunnel!

We want to thank all of our patrons for their incredible patienece and understanding while we have struggled through the last few years and as we finish getting caught up! We Can not say just how greatful we are! We are looking forward to the first somewhat normal season since covid next year. And even more than that we are looking forward to finally being back to regular turn around times for everyone!

I figured I would share some pictures just one of the challenges we've been facing recently as we try to get back on top of things:

We have had some crazy weather in Utah and it resulted in some shingle damage to our roof. The insurance company was slow to come out and so as a result our ceiling above our kitchen and dining room collapsed. This has effected production what with dealing with insurance companies and clean up crews(it's still not fixed as we speak) no one was hurt and pets weren't injured. Bit it's certainly been rough.

If we haven't replied Please reach out again, as a lot of messages have been burried and we want to make sure everyone is take care of. We continue all of your continued patronage and support . Thank you!

P.s. expect a huge dump of finished product photos in the near future. Were focused on trying to get stuff done rather than posting and communicating, but I'm trying to do and be better about that! Thank you!
