We loved all of the feedback y’all shared last week — thank you! It was incredibly helpful as we start planning what to bring back and what to stock up on more for the next run of Lake Town Apparel.

A few months ago we shared that we were considering selling Lake Town Apparel and hoped to keep the brand here in the community if possible. We’re happy to share that we’ve found the right people to carry it forward.

Tim and Morgan Lavender will be taking over Lake Town Apparel and continuing the brand here in Tega Cay.

Their family moved to Tega Cay in 2020 with their son and their two schnauzers. Morgan is a Charlotte native and Tim has been in the Charlotte area for the past 20 years. Their son has been at TCES since Kindergarten, and they’ve loved building their life here.

You can often find them walking the trails and parks, behind a camera, or at the baseball fields (playing or coaching). Like many of us, they truly love where they live, and we’re excited to see Lake Town Apparel continue with people who share that same appreciation for this community.

We’re incredibly grateful for all the support you’ve shown Lake Town Apparel over the years, and we hope you’ll show Tim and Morgan the same support as they take the next chapter forward.
